support team to be able to exceed your needs. My team has
financed over $3 billion in real estate transactions and could
not have achieved this success without possessing these traits.
I will be your advisor during this journey, whether it be a new
home purchase or refinance, and will make sure that your needs
are met each step of the way. I am focused on creating long term
relationships and understand that my success is driven by the
loyalty and satisfaction of my clients.
As Your Mortgage Banker I listen to your
needs! Every client who buys or refinances is doing so for a
specific reason, purpose or objective. I ask questions to get at
those motivations and use that information to suggest product(s)
that are tailored to your needs. Everyone’s needs are not cookie
cutter and the success of a deal in many instances depends on
creative mortgage financing. It takes a professional with the
background, experience, training, suite of products and a strong
support team to be able to furnish you with the solutions you
are entitled to.

Surprises It seems everyone has heard of (or
unfortunately been the victim of) a mortgage transaction that
has been a nightmare. With me, a bad experience is simply
unacceptable and will not happen! It is my personal goal to have
your file handled as quickly and efficiently as possible. My
underwriters generally turn around approvals within 24 hours of
receipt and my team of appraisers can inspect and turn around
reports in as little as 24 hours. Fast turnaround and
communication each step of the way with the client, real estate
agent and attorney eliminates problems. This type of service is
what you are entitled to and what you will receive when you work
with my team.

committed to you from the first point of contact until well
beyond closing. Just because your loan has closed does not mean
you are any less important to me. In fact it is quite the
opposite, I will continue to be your advisor and keep you

to determine if savings can be had in the future as the market

initially speak on the phone till far beyond our last
